New construction home built in 2022. This home has everything starting with James Loudspeakers Small aperture speakers. Lutron Radiora 2 lighting control and Custom Motorized Roman shades by Lutron. A wonderful media room in the basement area, with a 135" Seymour Acoustical Screen and a Sony Project. Surround Sound is provided using a Marantz Projector and B&W Speakers. Several Samsung Frame TV's with In-wall Articulating Bracket made by Future Automation. A Commercial grade wifi System. All Controlled by Savant Systems. A truly fun Project.
